Hey everyone! Thanks for your continued support of my new record Love And Fear !
I was recently interviewed by my awesome friend Maggie Holman, also known as Instagrammer @shinejesus_ . I was surprised and so grateful for the opportunity.
She’s also an amazing devotional writer. So much of what she talks about has encouraged me on days I desperately needed it. She’s such a sweet soul and so obviously has God’s hand upon her. So check her out on Instagram , give her a follow, and be blessed.
If you haven’t checked out my campaign to fund my new record, we only have until May 17, so now is the time. And please continue to pray for God’s hand and guidance in the making and in doing His will in Jesus’ name!

Guys! This is an interview with singer/songwriter @mnicholszero ! And guess what? He's making an album! I cannot explain my excitement!! His album is dropping this year. Check out his answers to the questions, and if you feel led, click the link in my bio to donate to & support his album. God is going to do amazing things through it!! I'm so pumped. >> 1. How did God call you to make your album? "I felt God’s call into music at 17. Before then I was really a shy kid and would never have spoken above a whisper, let alone make a record. But when my vocal coach started to train me and reach out to me, performing and writing music became a way of talking to God and working through my struggles with Him at the helm. So it really made sense that since there were all these songs about different ways Christ’s love was changing me, He wanted me to share them, ‘cause I’m not the only one who struggles like I do." •• 2. What's your favorite song from the album and why? "Tough question! Not to sound proud, but I love what I do, so it’s hard to pick just one, and they all mean so much to me. So I’ll give my top three! “Curbside Serenade” is just a fun song about hanging out with someone I had just met and not wanting it to end. “Regrets And Repair” tells the story of how my selfishness at one point led me into so much sin, and I’d started hurting people. In regret, I began to hate myself and was even considering suicide. But through some really loving people, Jesus reached out to me and showed me that not even my brokenness is beyond repair, and that I’m dearly loved. Then there’s the title track “Love And Fear,” which is really just this huge anthem about realizing what’s important and taking risks in love while we have time here on earth." •• Part 2 coming soon! Don't forget to click the link in my bio!

PART TWO : 3)What do you want other people to experience through your album? Well, obviously, I really want them to enjoy a good record and have a lot of fun with the songs. What’s most important though is that people experience Christ through the music and the lyrics. A lot of the songs are about my struggles, so I want people to know that they are seen in their struggles and loved not only by the rest of us, but also by the God of everything, who gave His Son Jesus live life with us, to die on a cross and defeat death from the inside. •• 4) How have you used your musical gifts to glorify God? I hope I really have glorified God with music! Right now, the main things I’ve been doing are leading worship at my church The ConneXion Fellowship and leading worship for Arts Alive’s summer camps. In the past I led a band called Voice Of The Awakening, and also played lead guitar and produced One Renown’s freshman record. That’s how I met Crystal Cummings, the fantastic guest vocalist on my current single “Find You In The Light.” •• 5) What's your favorite Bible verse and how has it helped you on your journey? Tough one again! I’d have to say II Corinthians 4:17. “For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison.” It’s just a really great reminded that what you’re going through isn’t the end of the story. Kind of ties into another of my favorites, I Corinthians 15:19-20. “If we have hoped in Christ in this life only, we are of all men most to be pitied. But now Christ has been raised from the dead…” That’s the story and the hope we have. His great love overcame death, and now if we’re in Him, we can make it through our trials and be with Him in the end. •• Thank you, Michael, for giving us these genuine, heartfelt answers! Again, y'all, go support his album by clicking the link in my bio!! Also please pray for Michael as he is making this album. It's so wonderful to see people using their gifts to glorify our King! We need to support amazing artists like him! •• Devo coming soon so keep an eye out 👀
